There was a problem with the bathroom which wasn't easy to fix due to understaffing, which made the whole situation very inconvenient for me during a busy stay.

The Lightstone Guesthouse was an amazing stay! The room was cosy and beautifully decorated, with modern appliances, made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The parking was safe and secure, and we safety was good throughout our stay. The beds were very good and made for a restful sleep. a neat and clean place with excellent service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was immaculate and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The bed was heavenly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We were pleasantly surprised by the cute little terrace, which was perfect for sipping our morning coffee or enjoying a pre-dinner drink. The hotel's location is ideal, close to shopping areas and restaurants. The room amenities included everything we needed, like a mini-fridge and coffee/tea making facilities.

We were a bit bummed that the Wi-Fi was down due to external issues, and the floor could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also found the aircon to be a bit noisy, which was a bit bothersome during the night.
